About Me
Hi, I’m Jo Ann, the creator behind Jo Ann’s Craft Place. I design handmade gifts that are anything but ordinary… because ordinary gifts are forgettable.
What started as a hobby quickly turned into a full-blown passion (and maybe a slight addiction to creating 😊). I design and create a variety of handmade items including tumblers, mugs, wind spinners, and other unique pieces, along with some special resin creations.
I love creating pieces that make people smile, laugh, or say, “That’s so me!” Whether it’s a funny saying, a beautiful design, or a custom piece made from your own photos, each item is made with care and attention to detail.
Everything you see is designed and created by me, no mass production, just creativity, quality, and a whole lot of heart.
Disclosure: I use AI to create custom caricatures, and sometimes it helps with designs.
Why settle for ordinary? What you give (or keep!) should be something special!
My items are created using a process called sublimation, where the design is infused directly into the material, not applied on top like vinyl or stickers. This means the design won’t peel or crack and holds up well with proper care. For best results, hand washing is recommended.
Custom orders are always welcome, and I enjoy working with customers to bring their ideas to life. I also create select resin pieces, which are one-of-a-kind designs available as shown. While I’m happy to consider color ideas, resin items are not currently offered as custom orders.

You can find my work at Mesa Marketplace in Mesa, Arizona from the end of September through April, where I sell from my permanent booth. This website is a showcase of my work; many pieces are available exclusively in person and change often.
